Returns / Warranty policy:
All our cameras come with the normal 1 year manufacturer's warranty,
which is honoured by the manufacturers. This means that we will take care
of any warranty claims to give our customers peace of mind.
We do
not repair any cameras under warranty ourselves, but ship it to the
manufacturer at our cost. The benefit of this is that, in the U.S.A.,
there is a guaranteed turnaround time of 14 days on warranty claims. Add a
week for it to get there, and a week for it to get back, and a camera will
be returned to a customer within 4 weeks.
Should any camera which we sell
develop problems during the warranty period, it would simply come back to
us and we then forward it to the manufacturer's repair centre for repairs.
Once received back from them, we send it overnight to the customer again.
Should there be any warranty issues during the warranty period, simply
contact us and we would arrange a courier pick-up.
We also
know from experience that warranty claims are minimal. The digital
technology is a tried and tested one - we have been in this business since November 1999 and have sold
thousands of cameras with less than 10 returned for warranty issues, of
which a couple were due to user error.
We are 100% committed to
customer service, but regret that no other returns, falling outside the
warranty issue, would be considered. No cameras would be exchanged or
traded in since we do not trade in 2nd hand cameras.
Please
therefore, make sure that the camera you order, is the camera which would
suit your needs. We will not accept any return due to dissatisfaction with
a camera's features or image quality. We provide full specifications on
each camera to help you reach a decision. Do not buy a camera with 800.000
pixels and expect a perfect A4 size print. If you need good quality
prints, buy a 5 Megapixel upwards camera. |
