VISA REQUIREMENTS

South African citizens no longer need a Visa to enter Mozambique, but all other foreigners do. Visas are obtainable at any Mozambican consulate, and normally takes two days to obtain. Presently the cost is R85 per normal visa. The visas are pasted into the passports. One can also obtain a Visa at the border, but it is an expensive and time-consuming exercise. 

Normal visas are valid for 3 months, but are single entry only, and can only be used once.
